Joy is a results-oriented human capital strategist with expertise in strategic workforce planning, integrated talent management, and organizational development. Clients have included The United Nations, Wounded Warrior Project, Dentsu-Aegis Network, The Gateway Talent Alliance (in Asia), Waters Corporation, ITT, Mass General Hospital, Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center, Saratoga Hospital, and The Dartmouth Institute. She is a Fellow in strategic workforce planning certified by the International Career Certification Institute, a Master Strategic Workforce Planner and a Master Human Capital Strategist, certified by the Human Capital Institute, where she served on the faculty for six years.
 
Joy has walked several miles in practitioner’s shoes in distribution, technology, publishing, healthcare and manufacturing settings.  Her methodology resonates with business leaders who adopt strategic workforce planning as a leadership competency. She has guided interdisciplinary implementations on an enterprise scale applying her workforce planning methodology to achieve strategic business initiatives. When Joy isn’t traveling, she resides in Vermont.

Jeff Rollins

Jeff has consulted with AonHewitt, Towers Watson, DDI, Lee Hecht Harrison, and Ken Blanchard in sales effectiveness and human capital strategies to accelerate revenue growth through best-in-class practices to attract, retain, and develop sales talent.. Having led HR/OD, sales and consulting teams, Jeff uses a pragmatic approach to coach leaders to execute business strategy and become better leaders. His clients have included Bank of America, The Coca-Cola Company, Cox Enterprises, Nokia, Siemens, Travelport, and Tropicana. Projects include design and execution of sales effectiveness strategies that led a client to increase customer and employee satisfaction by 15-20% and exceed revenue targets by 50% for three consecutive years. Jeff has launched global talent management surveys,and delivered simple, automated tools for development, performance management, and selection to desktops of over 20,000 managers. He has taught communications, talent management, and career planning courses at the University of Kentucky, Emory University and Temple University. Jeff is based in Atlanta.

Specializing in both analytics and strategic workforce planning, Tracey has helped well-known companies in the U.S., Canada, the UK and Europe plan and execute their strategic HR initiatives. From strategic planning to hands-on analytics projects to technology assessments, Tracey has worked with companies in multiple industries and multiple countries to turn analytics into business value.
 
Tracey’s career spans the areas of engineering, supply chain and human resources in the automotive, retail and transportation industries. Prior to launching her own consulting practice in 2013, Tracey led the global strategic workforce planning initiative for FedEx Express World Headquarters. Previous positions also include leading process improvement projects in supply chain and creating mathematical simulations of engineering products.
 
Tracey is the author of several books and often presents at conferences, industry events and corporate functions on a variety of business topics, primarily on the strategic benefits of data analysis and its value to the organization.
 
Tracey holds a BMath degree in Applied Mathematics and a MASc degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Waterloo, Canada specializing in numerical modeling. She also holds an MBA from Texas Christian University in the U.S. specializing in forecasting. She is an Executive Education Fellow at Robert H. Smith School of Business, University of Maryland.
